2009 Review of the truely unique Super Stylish, Stokke Stroller - In a variety of mix and match colours. Be a cut above the rest - literally!

Adjusting handle height is particularly useful, not just for the obvious - difference in peoples height but for wearing heels. I discovered this one the other day whilst venturing out in a pair of heels for the first time since being pregnant. Also I am forever adjusting the handle whilst in Cafes etc to make sure no one knocks my beloved. It fits thro the narrowest legal doorway allowed at 22.5 in, Only fold up buggies do this normally. I could rave all day but space doesnt permit, so last but by no means least. Has to be the adjusting seat height! Increasing interaction and satisfaction

Theses are all niggles, not really cons by my standards. Anything with an action is colour coded white - GENIUS but this includes the brake! in trying to preserve its cleansiness, I find myself bending down and operating with my hand! Ridiculous I know! So a change of colour to say RED for STOP. Also with the Changing Bag attached with the seat facing you in the upright position, it is impossible with the footrest attached!! Which incidently needs two hands to adjust! I have removed mine. Making changing into Highchair mode easier without it. A slightly larger hood would be useful too.

I first laid eyes on the Award winning Xplory by Stokke, way before I was expecting! My husband and I were being ferried along, conveyor belt style in The Ungerground. It was crowded. To my right, there it was the Stokke Xplory in Red. It was the sheer height of the seat that caught my eye. On my return I searched the net for' HIGH Level height pushchair' Resulting in the Xplory. At this stage I had not even seen the contemporary design. Only the height! I was, and still am smitten. I have 2 older DD's so I am well aware of 'Pram ENVY' which accompanies motherhood. Pram Envy to all new mums and to be's is when you find yourself envious of other prams and slowly wandering was it hormones that impaired your judgement, whilst originally choosing yours? This is the stage many ditch theirs for a light weight buggie.(McClaren types) I know I wont, quite simply due to the height uniqueness! If it can prolong my shopping trips - its worth every penny! So far I have ventured on both the London Underground, (using the 2 wheel mode, completely missing the LIFT. Only seeing it on the way back) and the bus. LO was looking out of the window completely at my head level, loving the whole experience. It fits into the boot of our Ford Focus, without having to remove the Changing Bag or shopping bag. I can also open doors one handed and push Xplory thro, turning on its own footprint all with one hand! The materials of the textile set are durable and repellent, offering variety colours
